Cumberland County Mental Health Center is the Local Management Entity (LME) for Cumberland County, North Carolina. Our goal is to assist you with access to services and resources for Mental Health/Mental Illness, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services.

Our Customer Services and Consumer Affairs Department is available if you have questions, concerns or needs with services you are already receiving. They can advocate for you by helping you to navigate the system of care for appropriate services and consumer rights.

It is the policy of Cumberland County Mental Health Center that all information acquired in the course of treating or attending a client of the Area Program and its contract agencies shall be held confidential and shall not be released and/or disclosed except as allowed by law or with written permission of the client, the client’s legal guardian or legally responsible person.
