Our goal is to assist you with access to services and resources for Mental Health/Mental Illness, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services.

Our Screening Triage and Referral Line is available 24/7 by calling (910) 424-HOPE (4673) or 1-877-223-4617.  Our Customer Services and Consumer Affairs Department is available if you have questions, concerns or needs with services you are already receiving.
